President's Report
President O'Hanley reported on a notice from the Office of the Common Interest Community Ombudsman, Heather Gillespie. This notice was a final determination in reference to resident David Schein's complaint which alleged 15 allegations against the BCA Board of Directors.

President Dick Guthrie called the meeting to order and asked everyone to join in a 30-second moment of silence to remember those killed or injured in the tragic bombing incident that occurred during the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013.
